At Wusoq, we aim to provide a safe, transparent, and reliable platform where customers can connect with service providers, experts, and vendors for a wide range of digital and physical services.

Because services offered through Wusoq may vary considerably in nature, scope, price, and completion requirements, refunds are handled according to the circumstances of each transaction and the terms agreed between the customer and service provider.

1. Nature of Wusoq Services

Wusoq operates as a platform that connects customers with independent service providers, experts, and vendors.

Service providers may offer services including, but not limited to:

  • Digital services
  • Web development
  • Graphic design
  • Digital marketing
  • Content writing
  • Real estate-related services
  • Handyman services
  • Cleaning
  • Gardening
  • Renovation
  • Photography
  • CCTV and technical services
  • Beauty services
  • Babysitting
  • Other professional and household services

Unless specifically stated otherwise, service providers are independent individuals or businesses and are responsible for the services they provide.

2. Refunds for Services

A refund may be considered when:

  • The service provider has not started the agreed work.
  • The service provider fails to deliver the agreed service.
  • The service provider cancels the agreed work.
  • The service delivered is substantially different from what was agreed.
  • Both the customer and service provider mutually agree to cancel the service.
  • A refund is required because of an error attributable to Wusoq.

Refund eligibility may depend on the individual circumstances, the agreed scope of work, evidence provided, and whether the service has already been started or completed.

3. Services Already Started

Once a service provider has started working on a customer’s request, a full refund may not always be available.

If work has already been partially or substantially completed, Wusoq may consider:

  • A partial refund;
  • A revised delivery;
  • Correction of the work;
  • A mutually agreed settlement between the customer and service provider.

The final outcome may depend on the amount of work already completed and the circumstances of the dispute.

4. Completed Services

Once a customer confirms that a task has been completed, the service will generally be considered completed.

After completion has been confirmed, refund requests may be reviewed only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Fraudulent activity;
  • Serious misrepresentation;
  • Material failure to provide the agreed service;
  • Technical or administrative errors attributable to Wusoq.

A refund is not automatically guaranteed simply because a customer changes their mind after confirming completion.

5. Customer Cancellation

Customers should communicate with the service provider as soon as possible if they want to cancel a task.

If the service provider has not started the work, cancellation may generally be easier to resolve.

If work has already started, the customer may be responsible for reasonable costs associated with work already performed, subject to the circumstances of the case.

6. Service Provider Cancellation

If a service provider accepts a request but subsequently cannot complete the agreed work, the customer should contact Wusoq or communicate with the service provider through the platform.

Where appropriate, Wusoq may assist the parties in resolving the matter.

7. Disputes Between Customers and Service Providers

Customers and service providers are encouraged to communicate through the Wusoq platform and attempt to resolve issues directly.

If an issue cannot be resolved, either party may contact Wusoq with relevant information, including:

  • Request details
  • Offer details
  • Messages
  • Files or documents exchanged through the platform
  • Description of the issue
  • Evidence supporting the claim

Wusoq may review the available information before determining whether further action is appropriate.

8. Digital Services

For digital services, refunds may be limited once work, files, designs, websites, content, documents, or other digital deliverables have been created or delivered.

Customers should carefully review the agreed scope of work before accepting an offer.

Where appropriate, the customer should first give the service provider a reasonable opportunity to correct or revise the work.

9. Physical Services

For physical services, refunds may depend on whether the service has already been performed, partially performed, or cancelled before work begins.

Where a physical service has already been substantially completed, a full refund may not be available.

10. Third-Party Payments

If Wusoq introduces or uses a third-party payment provider, payment processing and refund processing may also be subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another method permitted by the payment provider.

11. Processing of Approved Refunds

Once a refund has been approved, processing time may depend on:

  • The payment method used;
  • The payment provider;
  • Banking institutions;
  • Payment-processing procedures.

Wusoq cannot guarantee the exact time required for a refund to appear in a customer’s account after it has been approved.

12. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund may not be available where:

  • The customer provided incorrect or incomplete information;
  • The customer changed their mind after the service was substantially completed;
  • The customer failed to provide required information or access;
  • The customer failed to cooperate with the service provider;
  • The customer has already confirmed completion without a valid reason for dispute;
  • The service was delivered substantially according to the agreed requirements;
  • The request involves circumstances outside Wusoq’s control.

This list is not exhaustive.

13. Fraudulent or Abusive Refund Requests

Wusoq reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent, abusive, or repeated refund claims.

Where appropriate, Wusoq may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or attempts to obtain services without proper payment.

14. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund or report a service-related issue, the customer should contact Wusoq and provide sufficient information to identify the relevant request or transaction.

The request should include, where applicable:

  • Customer name
  • Request/task details
  • Service provider details
  • Date of the transaction
  • Amount involved
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Supporting evidence

Wusoq may request additional information before reviewing the request.

15. Platform Responsibility

Wusoq provides a marketplace and communication platform connecting customers with independent service providers.

While Wusoq aims to maintain a safe and reliable marketplace, Wusoq does not guarantee the quality, availability, legality, accuracy, or performance of every service provided by an independent service provider.

Refund decisions involving services may therefore depend on the specific circumstances and available evidence.

16. Changes to This Refund Policy

Wusoq may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any changes will become effective when the updated policy is published on this page.

Customers and service providers are encouraged to review this page periodically.
